Organic sculpture by Otto Baagøe NielsenLarge organic wooden sculpture by Danish artist Otto Baage Nielsen. Made by hand from a solid piece of birch. Standing on a base made from pine and bakelite. Made ca 1960 70s. Baages work span from oil painting to woodcarving and he was and active artist all his life exploring different mediums and styles through a large part of the 20th century. This piece comes directly from the Baage estate. Very good vintage condition with few signs of wear. Age
